Roller skating? As physical activity? Let's just say I am sufficiently pooped... That and I can't get 'Achey Breaky Heart' out of my head!
On January 4th, 2007 I decided I no longer liked the road I was on. So I have chosen to carve out my path. Using South Beach as a guide, I am discovering a wholesome, practical, and life long journey of eating and exercise. This is my adventure in breaking bad habits and shedding unwanted pounds.
